Ms. Garnenez is the Chair of the Red Lake Chapter Community Land Use Committee. Ms. Garnenez contacted iD+Pi for assistance with two possible projects. The first project is focused on a community master plan. The second project is focused on design-ing a recreation center.  The Red Lake Chapter is a rural community located on the border of New Mexico and Arizona. Red Lake has a population of 2,500.
