Project Summary:

Gakona Dene Village planned and conducted a community event in their Village with iD+Pi and another local partners, to produce a report synthesizing and summarizing the input in text numbers and drawings, as determined during planning meetings. The community presented about the meeting and information about the event as a learning opportunity for others. The community was expected to participate in several phone/web planning meetings, to garner the support of Tribal/Village Council, and to help promote and host the meeting. This is part of the Kansas State University Tribal Technical Assistance to Brownfields Program/Contract work.
